- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 extra large egg
- 60 g butter, melted, cooled slightly
- 1/3 cup cream, milk or buttermilk
- Handful of raspberries (about ¾ cup)
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). In a Mixing Bowl, combine flour and sugar together. Add vanilla, egg, butter and cream. Mix with a Tupperchef® Medium Spatula until just combined. Gently stir through raspberries.
Spoon mixture evenly into a TupperChef® TupCakes Form. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked. Stand in form for 15 minutes, or until slightly cooled. Gently un-mould onto a wire rack to cool.
