Raspberry Cocktail

SERVES 2 Persons PREPARATION TIME 5 min.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ x 125g punnet fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/3 cup vodka or pink gin (optional)
  • Prosecco
  • Squeeze of blood orange juice or rosewater (optional)
  • Extra raspberries, for garnish

METHOD

  1. Place raspberries, sugar and 1 tablespoon water in an Extra Chef®. Lock in cover and pull cord several times until smashed. Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, use kombucha or sparkling water and add some lime juice and the raspberry mixture. For another version, place raspberries in Wine Glasses, top with lemonade and pink gin.

  2. Divide between two Wine Glasses. Top each with half the vodka and top about 150ml prosecco. Squeeze in some fresh orange juice or rosewater or enjoy as is. Garnish with extra raspberries.
