INGREDIENTS

• 8 cups self-raising flour (or 1kg)
• 2 cups cornflour (or 240g)
• 6 cups caster sugar (or 1.4kg)

METHOD

1. Sift all ingredients through the Bake 2 Basics Sift ‘N Store into the Modular Mate Square 4.
2. Seal and shake together until well combined.

This is enough cake mix to make 5 cakes.
