Summer Fruits LolliTups™
SERVES 4 Persons PREPARATION TIME 10 min.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kiwi fruit
- ¼ cup strawberries
- 6 mint leaves
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 2 tbs honey
- ½ cup coconut water or translucent juice of choice (i.e. apple juice)
METHOD
- Using the Chef Series™ Pure Paring Knife, slice the kiwi fruit and strawberries and roughly chop mint leaves.
- Divide chopped fruit, blueberries and mint leaves between each LolliTup.
- Place the Paddle Whisk Attachment into the Extra Chef™, add lemon juice, honey and coconut water; lock Cover into position and pull the cord several times until contents are well combined.
- Pour mixture into each LolliTup up to the fill line. Place into the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
Tupper Tips:
- Add a shot of vodka, gin or rum into the mixture to make adult friendly LolliTups.
