Summer Fruits LolliTups™

SERVES 4 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 10 min. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 6 mint leaves
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 2 tbs honey
  • ½ cup coconut water or translucent juice of choice (i.e. apple juice)

METHOD

  1. Using the Chef Series™ Pure Paring Knife, slice the kiwi fruit and strawberries and roughly chop mint leaves.
  2. Divide chopped fruit, blueberries and mint leaves between each LolliTup.
  3. Place the Paddle Whisk Attachment into the Extra Chef™, add lemon juice, honey and coconut water; lock Cover into position and pull the cord several times until contents are well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into each LolliTup up to the fill line. Place into the freezer for 2 hours or until set.

Tupper Tips:

  • Add a shot of vodka, gin or rum into the mixture to make adult friendly LolliTups.
