Simple Chicken Skewers

• 1 Guajillo chili
• ¼ onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• ¼ tz orange juice
• 1 ts Achiote
• ¼ ts cumin
• ¼ tsp oregano
• Salt and pepper
• 300 g chicken, cubed
• ½ red onion, large pieces
• 1 tz pineapple, large pieces
• Skewers
• Water


  1. In a Heat n Eat Round with 1½ tz of water, cook the guajillo chili, onion and garlic in the microwave with the seal on and the valve open for 3 minutes.
  2. In a SuperSonic process the chili with onion, garlic, orange juice, achiote, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the skewers alternating pieces of chicken, red onion and pineapple cubes. Spread the mixture from the SuperSonic Chopper over the skewers. Adjust seasoning.
  4. Place water in a sauté pan, fry pan or wok and the Steam It with the chicken skewers inside, using two levels. Place on the lid and bring to medium heat for 16 minutes.
