Salted Caramel Apple Crisp Cobbler


Treat your guests to this salted caramel apple crisp dessert this winter. If you love ice cream and apple pie, you will be falling head over heels for this homemade apple crisp. This easy dessert is a great option if you are trying to impress your boss, work colleagues or your competitive friends, they’ll love it. With the right ice cream, the apple crisp will melt deliciously in your mouth, leaving you wanting more.   • 1 x 770gm tin apples

  • 1 x pkt butter cake mix

  • ½ cup butter

  • ½ tspn cinnamon

  • Caramel sauce to serve

  • Ice cream/cream to serve

  • Optional: ¼ - ½ cup rolled oats



    1. Mix cake mix, butter and cinnamon until crumbly, set aside
    2. Pour apple pie filling into Micro Pressure Cooker base and pour crumble topping over it.
    3. Seal and microwave high for 12-14 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow pressure to release naturally until pressure indicator fully lowers, about 4-6 minutes, before opening.
    4. Top with caramel syrup
    5. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping if desired
