- Optimal number of ply's- The 5-ply bottom construction of the cookware consists of tri-ply aluminium layered and bonded between inner and outer sheets of 18/8 stainless steel walls. An aluminium disk, together with a magnetic disk, are attached to the tri-ply vessel to ensure a more efficient heat conduction on all cooking surfaces, an even heat distribution and a good heat retention.
