Trio Of Dips

SERVES 6 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 15 min.

INGREDIENTS

Olive Tapenade
  • 220 g kalamata or green pitted olives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 parsley
  • 2 olive oil
  • 2 lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
Sundried Tomato & Red Pepper Dip
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp roasted red pepper strips, finely sliced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Basil, Cashew & Parmesan Dip
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 3 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Olive Tapenade

    Place the triple blade attachment in the Turbo Chef. Add olives, garlic and parsley. Cover, lock and pull cord until finely diced. Add remaining ingredients, cover and lock, and pull cord again until well combined.

  2. Sundried Tomato & Red Pepper Dip

    Place the triple blade attachment in the Turbo Chef. Add sundried tomatoes and peppers. Cover, lock and pull cord until finely diced. Add remaining ingredients, cover and lock, and pull cord again until well combined.

  3. Basil, Cashew & Parmesan Dip

    Place the triple blade attachment in the Turbo Chef. Add half the basil, cover, lock and pull cord until roughly chopped. Add remaining basil and repeat until all the basil is roughly chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pull cord until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
