Green Cocktail
SERVES 4 Persons PREPARATION TIME 10 min.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chopped ripe pineapple
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 3 cups coconut water
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 30 ml Midori, gin, tequila or pineapple vodka per serve
- Crushed ice, to serve
- Lime and mint, to serve
METHOD

Place blade attachment in Extra Chef. Add pineapple, spinach, mint, coconut water and lime juice. Lock cover and pull cord several times until ingredients are pureed.

Place crushed ice into tumblers. Pour puree over ice and swirl Midori into each serve. Serve with lime wedges and mint.
Tupper Tip: Freeze grapes to keep the green theme and use instead of the crushed ice!
