Ingredients (Serves 4 people)
- 680 g baby potatoes (washed) (±1.5 lb)
- Balsamic Marinade
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar (±¼ cup)
- 30 ml olive oil (±2 tbsp)
- 5 ml Dijon mustard (±1 tsp)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 ml salt (±½ tsp)
- 2 ml ground pepper (±½ tsp)
Instructions

Preheat oven to Th 6 / 180°C / 350°F.

Make sure potatoes are thoroughly dry before placing into the Ultimate Silicone Bag. Add remaining ingredients.

Close Silicone Bag while removing as much air as possible. Once securely closed, shake / massage bag to thoroughly coat potatoes in marinade.

Slightly vent the Silicone Bag, place standing up on a baking sheet or UltraPro 3.5L Cover. Bake for 40-45 min.

Allow to cool approx. 5 min. Using oven gloves, open bag away from you and serve potatoes hot.
