Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 850g beef brisket or shoulder, roughly chopped into 12 x 7cm pieces
- 1 (100g) small red onion, diced
- 1 cup bourbon barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
For the slaw
- 1/8 red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
To serve
- 6 burger buns or 12 slider buns
- Mayonnaise

Method:
- Combine all beef ingredients in the Micro Pressure Cooker and generously rub sauce into the meat.
- Securely cover and lock the Cooker, microwave at 900 watts for 30 minutes. Remove Micro Pressure Cooker from microwave and allow to rest until the pressure indicator drops.
- In the meantime, combine all slaw ingredients in a Thatsa® Bowl Junior.
- Once the pressure indicator drops, unlock and remove cover, remove meat, placing it on a platter. Gently pull the flesh into strips.
- Serve pulled beef in burger buns topped with slaw and mayonnaise.
