Cocktail Granitas
SERVES 4 Persons PREPARATION TIME 10 min.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE ROSE GRANITA:
- 520ml rose
- 40ml strawberry coulis
- 10ml lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp sugar syrup or honey
FOR THE MOJITO GRANITA:
- 70ml lime juice
- 120ml white rum
- 60ml sugar syrup or honey
- 320ml soda or sparkling water
- Mint leaves, to serve only.
METHOD
- Choose granite option/s
- Add all ingredients to the EZ Mix ‘N Pour; stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into Cool Cubes. Cover, and place into the freezer overnight or until set (at least 4 hours).
- Using the Fusion Master Ice Shaver, shave cubes into ice shavings (granita)*\.
- Divide granita into glasses. Serve immediately.
Tupper Tips:
- If you already have the Fusion Master Grater, fit with the Ice Shaver Cone and shave cubes into ice shavings.
- Make your own cocktail granita combinations by freezing your favourite drink into the Cool Cubes and freezing.
