Cocktail Granitas

SERVES 4 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 10 min. 

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE ROSE GRANITA:

  • 520ml rose
  • 40ml strawberry coulis
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 2-3 tsp sugar syrup or honey

FOR THE MOJITO GRANITA:

  • 70ml lime juice
  • 120ml white rum
  • 60ml sugar syrup or honey
  • 320ml soda or sparkling water
  • Mint leaves, to serve only.

METHOD

  1. Choose granite option/s
  2. Add all ingredients to the EZ Mix ‘N Pour; stir to combine.
  3. Pour mixture into Cool Cubes. Cover, and place into the freezer overnight or until set (at least 4 hours).
  4. Using the Fusion Master Ice Shaver, shave cubes into ice shavings (granita)*\.
  5. Divide granita into glasses. Serve immediately.

Tupper Tips:

  • If you already have the Fusion Master Grater, fit with the Ice Shaver Cone and shave cubes into ice shavings.
  • Make your own cocktail granita combinations by freezing your favourite drink into the Cool Cubes and freezing.
