Made of an exclusive lightweight material resistant to temperatures up to 250°C and as low as -25°C. Use in the freezer, fridge, microwave and oven. Save cooking time by tandem cooking - start your dish in the microwave and finish it in the oven to get that crispy brown finish. Use the Base uncovered for cooking bakes or dishes that are best served with a lightly browned or crispy topping. Do not use on stovetops, under grills, BBQs, campfires, or mini ovens Do not use abrasive liquids or metal scourers Do not use knives or sharp utensils Should fat burn on to the UltraPro while cooking at high temperatures leaving brown patches, soak the Ultra Pro in 4 tablespoons of dishwasher detergent diluted in 5 l of hot water or 6 tablespoons of bleach diluted in 5 l of tepid water for at least 2 hours.
