*Starting temperature is 95°c, after 6 hours with the product at room temperature (25 C ), the water temperature is up to 65 C or above.  Filled with water with temperature 4C, after 6 hours with the product at room temperature (25 C), the water temperature is 9 C or below.

• For cold contents: Pre-chill container with cold water or ice cubes for a few minutes.  Remove the cold water, add food to container, close and go!
• For hot contents: For best results, first fill your product with hot water and leave for a few minutes. Remove hot water, add food, close cover and go!
• If container has hot food inside, push valve on top of cover to release pressure inside container before opening, It will make it easier to open the container.

How to clean and store:

• Hand wash only.
• Remove cover and wash valve area to remove any food.
• Always store thermal container open when not in use.
