• For cold contents: Pre-chill container with cold water or ice cubes for a few minutes.  Remove the cold water, add food to container, close and go!
• For hot contents: For best results, first fill your product with hot water and leave for a few minutes. Remove hot water, add food, close cover and go!
• If container has hot food inside, push valve on top of cover to release pressure inside container before opening, It will make it easier to open the container.
