If your product fails as a result of manufacturing defects within the first 30 days, you may be covered by Tupperware’s warranty program. This means that if your product fails while you remain the owner, we will:

A: Replace

Replace your product, or any part of the product needing replacement, or

B: Exchange

Where a replacement is not available, provide an equivalent product or part, or

C: Refund

Where an equivalent is not available, provide an e-voucher to the relevant value

Starting your claim

Step 1

Check our Spare Parts page to see if there is a replacement part available. If not, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange of the product.

If it is an older product we have new products that are using a different mould.

Clean, dry, and package the product. Then, send to the address that is stated on your warranty claim form.

Items may take approximately 1-2 weeks from arrival to inspect and assess.
