Watermelon, Mint & Feta Salad

SERVES 30 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 5 min.
COOKING TIME 15 min. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ watermelon, diced into 2cm cubes
  • ½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, halved and finely sliced
  • 1 lemon or lime, juice only
  • 200g smooth feta cheese, cubed or crumbled

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Thatsa® Bowl Junior.
  2. Divide salad into two Low Rectangle Storers.
  3. Seal and place in the fridge until ready to serve.

  • Drizzle with olive oil or add a pinch of salt and cracked pepper for a burst of flavour.
