Watermelon, Mint & Feta Salad
SERVES 30 Persons PREPARATION TIME 5 min.
COOKING TIME 15 min.
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ watermelon, diced into 2cm cubes
- ½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, halved and finely sliced
- 1 lemon or lime, juice only
- 200g smooth feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a Thatsa® Bowl Junior.
- Divide salad into two Low Rectangle Storers.
- Seal and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Tupper Tips:
- Drizzle with olive oil or add a pinch of salt and cracked pepper for a burst of flavour.
