Watermelon Frosé

SERVES 3 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 10 min. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups  rosé
  • 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 tbsp pink grapefruit, grapefruit or orange juice
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar

METHOD

  1. Pour rosé into FreezerKeeper™. Freeze overnight, or until firm. If rosé comes out in one block, carefully cut into smaller chunks with a knife.

  2. Place blade attachment in Extra Chef™, add watermelon, juice and sugar. Lock cover and pull cord several times until ingredients are pureed. Remove blade and stir in frozen rosé.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve with watermelon or grapefruit wedges.

    Serve with tiny watermelon wedges or pink grapefruit wedges.
