Strawberry Lassi

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g punnet fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup plain yoghurt (full fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Rosewater flavour, to serve
- Clean fresh rose petals or pomegranate arils, to garnish
METHOD

Place strawberries, sugar, cardamom and salt into an Extra Chef™. Lock in cover and pull cord several times until finely chopped.

Add yoghurt and milk and blend until smooth. Pour into tumblers with ice and flavour with rosewater. Garnish as you wish. Double the recipe to serve 4.
