Smashed Pavlova

SERVES 2 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 10 min.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ x 500g prepared pavlova, broken into small chunks
  • 200 ml thick cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sifted icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 250 g punnet strawberries, halved

METHOD

  1. In a MicroCook Pitcher or Mixing Bowl combine cream, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk with a KP Beater until combined and thick.

  2. In 2 Stemless Tumblers, layer strawberries with pavlova chunks and cream mixture. Finish with strawberries to garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
