SERVES 2 Persons PREPARATION TIME 10 min.
- ½ x 500g prepared pavlova, broken into small chunks
- 200 ml thick cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sifted icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 250 g punnet strawberries, halved
In a MicroCook Pitcher or Mixing Bowl combine cream, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk with a KP Beater until combined and thick.
In 2 Stemless Tumblers, layer strawberries with pavlova chunks and cream mixture. Finish with strawberries to garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
