- 1 ripe avocado, stone removed
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander stalks, and 1 tablespoons leaves, well washed
- Half fresh tomato
- Juice of 1 lime
- Place triple blade attachment into Extra Chef. Add all ingredients. Lock in cover and pull cord several times until blended.
- Serve with chips or nachos with melted cheese
