Simple Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g butter, softened
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups self raising flour, sifted
  • 1/3 cup milk

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180° Place TupperChef Tupcakes Form onto a baking tray.
  2. Place butter into Mixing Bowl with sugar and vanilla. Beat with KP Beater until creamy. Whisk in eggs. Fold in flour then milk until just smooth. Spoon into form.
  3. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Remove and stand 5 minutes then gently un-mould and cool completely before icing.
