Shake N Bake Pizza

SERVES 4 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 15 min.
COOKING TIME 20 min. 

INGREDIENTS

For the dough
3 ½ cups self-raising flour
Salt and pepper
120g tasty or parmesan cheese, grated
2 x 7g sachets dried yeast
½ cup olive oil
1  cups boiling water

Topping suggestions
tomato paste or pesto, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini or mozzarella, prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, olives, red onion, basil, mushrooms, fresh greens.

METHOD

Place base ingredients into the Thatsa® Bowl Medium 3L. Seal and shake in a circular motion until mixture forms a ball and thumps in the bowl.

Using the TupperChef™ Spatula, remove dough and press out with your fingertips onto a lined baking tray.

Seal bowl and set aside in a warm place for 10-15 minutes to rest and rise slightly. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings of choice.

Preheat oven (fan forced) to 220°C.

Top bases and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the base is crisp.

To serve, use the Ergologics Pizza Wheel to cut pizzas into slices. Garnish with fresh basil or greens.

For a gluten free option, substitute flour with a gluten free self raising flour.
