- 2 cups self-raising flour,
- 1 1/3 cups Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup tomato passata or pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup finely diced chorizo or chopped ham
- 1 cup pizza cheese
- Dried oregano
Preheat oven to 200◦C (180◦C fan). Place Silicone Wonder Mat on an oven tray.
Mix flour, yoghurt and salt together in a bowl with a spatula. Use your hands to work the dough until it comes together.
On a lightly floured surface give it a quick knead until smooth. Roll out to a rectangle about 10mm thick. Spread with tomato passata, scatter over chorizo or ham, scatter evenly with cheese and sprinkle over some oregano. Roll from long side. Cut into 9-10 scrolls (about 2.5cm thickness). Place on mat with some room in between for spreading. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and firm. Enjoy warm or cool and freeze in Heat ‘N Eat containers or FreezerKeepers to enjoy later.
