- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Combine almond butter, maple syrup and butter in Chef Series™ II 1.4L Saucepan on low to medium heat. Replace with stir with TupperChef™ Medium Spatula until butter has melted.
- Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Remove from heat and stir in quick oats, coconut and cocoa powder until combined.
- Pour ingredients into TupperChef™ Princess Form. Once cool place form into FreezerKeeper™ Large Low and into freezer. Freez for at least two hours – then gently unmould onto a cutting mat and slice, serve and enjoy.
