*Your packet should come with servings of dried noodles and instant broth packets. Some brands may come with other topping packets.
To serve:
- A few slices of English cucumber, julienned
- 1 hard boiled egg, halved
- Roasted sesame seeds, to taste
- A few slices of red apple, julienned
- A drizzle of sesame Oil
- A few slices of kimchi
INSTRUCTIONS
- Open up your naengmyeon packet and place your broth packets into the freezer for 2 hours so your broth gets cold and icy. If you’re short on time, skip this step and move onto step 2.
- Place the dry noodles from the packet in a pot of boiling water. Cover with lid and cook them for 3 minutes.
- Drain noodles and thoroughly rinse the noodles with cold water for a few times until they’re not slippery.
- If you have put your broth packets in the freezer, take them out and defrost them under running water.
- If not, then put your broth packets in the blender with a few ice cubes and blend to create an ice broth slushy. You can also skip this part and instead, add ice cubes to your broth.
- Pour the noodles in your Crystalwave Soup Mug and put all your prepared toppings on top.
- Enjoy your cool, refreshing noodles with chopsticks!
