COOKING TIME 1 min.
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey
- Place coconut oil in the Micro Cook Pitcher. Place on cover and microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute or until melted.
- Stir through remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture onto ice cream to create a ‘ice magic’ shell.
- Add in a drop of peppermint essence for a choc-mint flavour!
- Sprinkle over sea salt flakes before chocolate sets for a salted chocolate.
