SERVES 4 Persons PREPARATION TIME 10 min. COOKING TIME 25 min. STANDING TIME 10 min.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk

Flavour Option 1

  • 1 cup mall broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar or parmesan
  • Optional finely chopped chorizo

Flavour Option 2

  • 1/4 cup diced and cooked zucchini
  • 40 g feta
  • 2 tbsp sundried tomato strips
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 4 basil leaves

 METHOD

  1. Remove rack from oven and preheat to 190°C without the fan. Place TupperChef® Princess Form in the centre of the rack.

  2.  In a MicroCook Pitcher or EZ Shaker, whisk with a KP Beater or shake eggs and milk with some salt and pepper. Mix in flavourings of your choice.

  3. Pour mixture into form and bake in centre of oven for 25 minutes, or until set and golden. Stand 10 minutes before unmoulding.
