- 275 g dark chocolate,
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1/3 cup (75g) caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 260 g almond meal
- 180 g dark chocolate, (50% cocoa or higher)
- 180 ml thickened cream
Break chocolate into pieces and place in the MicroCook Pitcher 1L. Microwave uncovered at 600 watts for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stir until melted.
Combine remaining ingredients in the Mixing Bowl. Add chocolate and mix until smooth.
Clean MicroCook Pitcher 1L and grease. Add cake batter and microwave at 600 watts for 6 minutes 30 seconds. Cover and allow to rest for 5–10 minutes. Unmold onto a serving plate.
Place chocolate and cream into clean MicroCook Pitcher 1L. Microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes. Stir to combine. Pour over warm cake. Serve with ice cream or cream as desired.
