INGREDIENTS
- 1 pita (choose souvlaki pitas which are slightly thicker than traditional thin pitas) about 22cm diameter
- 2 tbsp tomato pasta sauce of your choice
- 1/2 cup Pizza Blend cheese or grated mozzarella
- 1/2 zucchini, or pumpkin shaved with a peeler
- 5-6 olives
- 4-6 roasted capsicum strips
- Basil leaves
- Other Toppings
- Fresh ricotta, artichokes and spinach
- Salami, olives and oregano
- Pumpkin, ricotta and olives
METHOD

Place pita in MicroPro® Grill. Spread over sauce, sprinkle over cheese, then add zucchini, olives and capsicum.

Place cover in high position and microwave on high/100% power/900 watts for 6-7 minutes, or until base is crisp and cheese melted. Scatter over basil leaves. Repeat to make more pizzas.
