Doughnut Bites



  • 250ml water
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 125g plain flour
  • oil for frying*
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 50g coconut sugar


  1. Combine water, sugar, salt and oil in the Chef Series™ Pure Cookware 1L Saucepan. Bring to the boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour with the TupperChef™ Spatula until mixture forms a ball of dough*. Leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, make the hot chocolate dipping sauce, heat the coconut cream, cacao powder and coconut sugar in the Chef Series Pure Cookware 1L Saucepan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until combined and thickened.
  3. Place the dough in the Snack Press fitted with the Round 2.2cm nozzle and pipe strips onto the Moving Tray. Cut into 2cm bites.
  4. Heat oil in the Chef Series Pure Cookware 1L Saucepan. You can test by placing a wooden chopstick or skewer into the oil and if it bubbles around the chopstick, the oil is ready.
  5. Use the KP Master Tongs to carefully place the doughnut bites into the oil. Fry on both sides or until golden brown colour and drain on paper towel.
  6. Coat bites in sugar and serve warm with Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce.

Tupper Tips

* If the dough is runny, gradually add flour to form the right consistency

  • For frying use a high heat oil such as coconut oil or rice bran oil. Avoid using olive oil.
