Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS (16 PEOPLE)
- 175 g all-purpose flour ( ±1⅛ cups)
- 7 g baking powder ( ±½ tbsp)
- 1 large pinch of salt
- 120 g brown sugar ( ±½ cup)
- 110 g unsalted butter (softened) (±½ cup)
- 1 egg
- 225 g chocolate chips (±1⅛ cups)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to Th 6 / 180°C / 350°F without convection then place a silicone baking sheet on a cold oven rack or metal baking sheet, set aside.
- In a Ultimate Mixing Bowl 2L, combine flour, baking powder and salt using the measuring jug to measure ingredients.
- In the Ultimate Mixing Bowl 3.5L, whisk brown sugar and softened butter together. Add the egg and whisk again.
- Add dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until you have a consistent dough. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop out 16 portions on the silicone baking sheet and flatten them.
- Bake for approx. 10 min. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Tip: Baking time can be adjusted by more or less 1 min. depending if you like soft or crunchy cookies.
