Chocolate Pizookie



  • 250 g dark chocolate melts
  • 80 g butter, diced
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • pinch salt
  • ice cream to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Place chocolate and butter into the Chef Series™ II 24cm Fry Pan. Gently melt over a low heat. Remove from heat, pour into a bowl. Mix in sugar, flour, salt and egg yolks. Wash and dry pan. 

  3. Beat egg whites with electric mixer to stiff peaks. Gently fold half the egg whites through the chocolate mixture. Fold through remainder. Spoon into the Chef Series II 24cm Fry Pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Scoop into bowls and serve warm with ice cream or spoon over some mascarpone, fruit and drizzle with melted chocolate or chocolate sauce.
