Choc Malt Brownies

SERVES 4 Persons  PREPARATION TIME 10 min.
COOKING TIME 30 min. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 175 g butter, softened
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp malted milk powder
  • 125 g chocolate chunks or chips

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC. Place TupperChef™ Large Rectangle Form on a baking tray and set aside.

  2. Add butter and chocolate in the MicroCook Pitcher. Microwave on medium/60% power/600 watts for 2 minutes. 

  3. Combine butter, chocolate, brown sugar and eggs in a Thatsa® Bowl Junior. Fold through remaining ingredients. 

  4. Transfer mixture into TupperChef™ Slice Form and bake for 20-25 minutes. 

  5. Allow to cool completely before removing from form and slicing. 

    TUPPER TIP: For a nutty brownie, try adding in walnuts or almonds.
