Chicken Salad Wraps

MAKES 4 wraps  PREPARATION TIME 15 min.

INGREDIENTS

Salad

  • 1 Hot Roast Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 420 g can corn kernels
  • 1 large packet Lettuce/spinach/rocket of choice
  • 400 g can black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 250 g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 packet wraps (tortilla/mountain bread) of choice

Dressing

  • 2/3 cup natural yoghurt
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chipotle dressing
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil

METHOD

Dressing

  1. Add dressing ingredients into the EZ Shaker, seal and shake to combine.


Salad

  1. Add all salad ingredients, except avocado into a Salad-On-The-Go and seal.
  2. Fill the Mini Container from the Salad-On-The-Go set with dressing.
  3. We recommend adding avocado and dressing just before consuming the salad.

Wraps

  1. Smooth guacamole or slice avocado directly onto the wrap.
  2. Add all other ingredients according to preference and finish with a drizzle of dressing.
  3. Wrap, slice and enjoy
