Baked Doughnuts



  • 1.33 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Icing and sprinkles, to decorate


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Place two TupperChef™ Baking Form Rings onto a baking tray.

  2. Combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  3. Spoon about 1½ tablespoons of mixture into each cavity of the form, spreading gently around the centre. Bake for 17 minutes, or until pale golden and risen. Remove from oven and allow to cool until just warm to touch.

  4. Gently flip, loosen form around doughnuts and cool on a wire rack.

    If you only want to make 6 doughnuts, we suggest you make 12 and thank us later!
