Retro style is having a big come back in 2022. Tupperware® has teamed up with Amazon Prime original comedy, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel for a vintage-themed collection highlighting some of the famed food-storage brand’s most iconic products.
Set in the late 1950s through early ’60s New York City, the episode of the show aired earlier this year features main character, Midge Maisel, starting a side hustle selling Tupperware. It’s a part-time gig many women of the era took on to make a little extra cash.
Inspired by the storyline, Amazon Prime Video teamed up with Tupperware to bring back some Vintage Wonderlier Bowl sets in the iconic vintage pastel colours like those featured on the show. Priced at $46 for a five-piece, multi-size set, these limited-edition vintage sets are available now.
“Today's product designs are inspired by yesterday's modern miracles,” says Tupperware as it brings back its vintage ‘Wonderlier Bowl line,’ which is featured in Amazon Prime Video’s recently released The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’s Season Four.
These delightful pastel-coloured bowls are part of the collaboration with The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and are proving to be very popular with the younger generation and those customers who remember the originals. Additional bowls part of the Marvelous range include Vintage Fix N Mix Bowl and the Vintage Bowl Set.
Other vintage offers includes bringing back the nostalgic and ever-popular Decorator Canister Set in vintage-named colours; Soft Candy, Candy Floss and Vanilla Ice. Baking was and still is an important part of Tupperware’s product range, the Vintage Measuring Cups, Vintage Paddle Scraper, Vintage Portioning Scoops and the whole Vintage Prep Set is now also available for sale.
