INGREDIENTS (6 PEOPLE)
500 g white rice
- 2 bell peppers (500 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- 100 g pine nuts
- 150 g sliced almonds
- 150 g raisins
- 3 tomatoes
- 5 sprigs of basil
- 1 spring onion
- 200 g frozen green peas
- 2 avocados (not too ripe)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (10 ml)
- 5 sprigs of cilantro
- 200 g carrot
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 250 g button mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
1. Cook 500 g of rice in the Microwave Rice Maker Large
following the instructions for your type of rice.
2. Season with salt and pepper and prepare the recipe of your
Deseed and peel the bell peppers, then dice them. Place them in
MicroCook Pitcher 1L or Stack Cooker with the oil, cover and
microwave for 5 min. at 600 watts. Fold the peppers and the pine nuts
into the rice.
Fold the almonds and the raisins into the rice.
Peel and deseed the tomatoes then dice. Chop the basil. Fold into the

Pour into MicroCook Pitcher 1L or Stack Cooker along with the green
peas and 100 ml water. Cover and microwave for 6 min. at 600 watts.
Drain, then mix with the rice.
Peel and core the avocados, then dice them and mix with the lemon
juice to avoid oxidation. Chop the cilantro. Fold into the rice.
CARROT AND SESAME:
Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and thinly chop using the SuperSonic
Chopper Extra . Pour into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L or Stack Cooker
with 50 ml water, cover and microwave for 5 min. at 600 watts. Drain,
then mix with the rice and the sesame seeds.
MUSHROOM AND GARLIC:
Peel the garlic cloves then chop them and the mushrooms using the
SuperSonic Chopper Extra . Pour into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L or
Stack Cooker, cover and microwave for 4 min. at 600 watts. Fold into the rice.
