Bite-Size Balsamic Potatoes

As the leaves begin to change and there's a crispness in the air, autumn has arrived. It's the perfect time to cosy up with warm, comforting autumn dishes. These bite-sized balsamic potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish that's perfect for fall. They're roasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the balsamic marinade adds a touch of sweetness and tang. Make sure to use the Tupperware Ultimate Silicone Bag for the best experience.

    Ingredients (Serves 4 people)

    • 680 g baby potatoes (washed) (±1.5 lb)
    • Balsamic Marinade
    • 60 ml balsamic vinegar (±¼ cup)
    • 30 ml olive oil (±2 tbsp)
    • 5 ml Dijon mustard (±1 tsp)
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
    • 2 ml salt (±½ tsp)
    • 2 ml ground pepper (±½ tsp)

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to Th 6 / 180°C / 350°F.

    • Make sure potatoes are thoroughly dry before placing into the Ultimate Silicone Bag. Add remaining ingredients. 

    • Close Silicone Bag while removing as much air as possible. Once securely closed, shake / massage bag to thoroughly coat potatoes in marinade.  

    • Slightly vent the Silicone Bag, place standing up on a baking sheet or UltraPro 3.5L Cover Bake for 40-45 min.   

    • Allow to cool approx. 5 min. Using oven gloves, open bag away from you and serve potatoes hot.
