Attention all demonstrators
How would you like to reach for the stars during our ‘Party-Celebrate-Ignite’ year?
A new programme has been created just for you – STAR Demonstrator.
Consistent partying really pays and is the easiest way to increase your skills and build your confidence.
This new programme adds further recognition to the income, recognition and many rewards already achieved by so many of our consistent Demonstrators.
As a Star Demonstrator you will feature in monthly recognition at your Distributorship sales meetings - weekly ‘on pace’ recognition to assist you to stay on track and monthly ‘Top Demonstrator’ national recognition on the website. You will also receive recognition at Company run events.
Each month you will be rewarded with a STAR badge to wear proudly at your parties, sales meetings and our sessions.
So how do you achieve your stars?
When you sell $6000 during each united sales month, you will receive one star;
- ell $8000 and receive 2 stars
- ell $10 000 and receive 3 stars
- ell $12 000 and receive 4 stars
Wear your Star Demonstrator badge proudly. Your Hosts and customers will be thrilled to know that they are partying with a demonstrator who is consistent in their business. You will experience more party bookings and ultimately enjoy the increase in your weekly income.
So let’s start breaking this down for you…
We have based this level on a party average of $680, although around Australia and New Zealand party averages are much higher.
To receive 1 star with sales of $6000 you will need to hold 2 parties per week.
In order for this to happen, of course, you will need to have some insurance parties booked in.
If your goal is to hold 3 parties for the week, you may need to book 4 or more parties.
Another way to increase your sales is by paying particular attention to great party planning and working closely with your Host. Ensure they have chosen a Host Reward and are working towards qualifying for it.
They will need to invite double the amount of guests to attend the party. For example, if they would like 10 guests in attendance, then they need to invite 20 of their family and friends. Remember to encourage the Host to look for outside orders and outside dates (especially from people who are unable to attend).
If you currently have a party average of $680 imagine what would happen for your Hosts if you asked each one to have 2 more outside orders and invited 2 additional people to attend. They would benefit by receiving higher value Host Gifts or more dollars to spend on Tupperware credit and you will benefit as well.
Another way to ensure higher parties and sales is by providing great customer service.
Set aside some time EVERY day for follow up calls and create a habit so that eventually it becomes part of your everyday routine.
Also, make sure you call all outside orders to confirm their order. Building these relationships opens the opportunity to suggest outside dates or to add additional items onto their order (people’s wish lists often grow after the party, especially if they have taken the catalogue home).
Cross selling is also part of good customer service and is made so much easier with your new look monthly preview brochures. Display the brochure proudly and use it as a powerful dating tool!
Use your guest log books to update previous Hosts and customers as a means to increase your weekly sales. This is made even easier by using the Demonstrator Web Ordering System. By using DWOS you will have a full data base of customers and Hosts at your fingertips.
You may like to consider holding a mystery host party and use this to get together with those guests who would rather attend a party than host one. Or, invite mums and dads from school or sports clubs.
You may like to aim to book a minimum of 2 fundraisers per month and now is the best time to start contacting them. New committees are being formed early in the year and they are mapping out what fundraising they will do for the rest of the year. At EVERY party ask “who belongs to a club?”
And of course, don’t forget to mention office parties and bridal showers, now is a great time to book for those Easter weddings.
Working consistently EVERY week means that you earn consistent income each week. What is your personal lifestyle goal? Is it to pay off your mortgage quicker, renovate your kitchen, take the family on a holiday or save for your children’s education?
What ever your personal goal, calculate how much you need to earn and then work out many parties you will require to achieve it. Share this goal with your Manager, work out a plan on how to succeed from week to week and track your progress. If you are ahead for the month, great; if not work out how many more parties you will need to book and hold to make it happen.
So what will your goal be for on stage recognition at the May Twilight Sessions?
Perhaps you would like to be recognised as a 3 Star Demonstrator for March and a 2 Star for April. How exciting would that be?
Besides achieving this recognition, during March and April you would have shared a rewarding experience with approximately 26 happy Hosts, you’ll have earned approximately $3,600… plus you would have qualified for all the sales incentive gifts on offer!
Remember, the sky IS the limit.
We wish you every success as you ‘REACH FOR THE STARS’!!
