March Party Games
It may all look like fun and games however activities, games and icebreakers can be used very strategically at your demonstrations to help you achieve many desired results. Check the Insight archives for many more game, activities and icebreaker options.
Whilst they are not suitable for every demonstration, or every Host, you could consider using activities, games or icebreakers for the following reasons:
• For you to get to know the guests better
• To help guests get to know each other (different circles of friends)
• To fill in time while waiting for guests who are on their way
• To set a relaxed and fun atmosphere
• An informal way of providing (and learning) product knowledge
• To identify new party leads (important to watch and listen carefully to answers)
• To identify people who may be interested in, or may benefit from, the Tupperware business opportunity - pay close attention, watching reactions and body language, and let your Manager know about your leads as soon as possible after the party.
The following activity is particularly ideal to help you date microwave theme parties or to complement a microwave theme you are conducting. In the ‘Microwaves under the microscope’ article in this edition you will learn a stack of tips, hints and useful snippets of information on both microwaves and the TupperWave® Duo Host Gift Special.
Share some of these at your party and use the game to ‘test’ them towards the end. Remember, it is important not to use all the tips, hints and info at one party. No-one can take in that much at once anyway. It could sound like you are giving them a lecture and become boring. Always leave your guests wanting more and dating new parties so they can come back for more!
