Tupperware - Tailor Made
We are a Company that proudly develops the best products with innovative design and cutting edge materials not unlike some of the best fashion designers in the world.
We are certainly recognised as a prestigious and well respected brand with products second to none on the market – Tupperware is indeed the Chanel or Rolls Royce of homewares!!
There however, the likeness ends, as we have not only developed a fabulous product, but also a unique way to purchase it, learn how to use it, and start your own business selling it. We are indeed able to ‘Make to Measure’ all aspects of our party and opportunity to suit all lifestyles, cultures, economic situations and locations.
Don’t be tempted to only offer a ‘size 10’ party or career when you could be tailoring it your customers’ specific needs.
Following are some ideas to help you get the right ‘fit’ for your customers:
- Don’t forget you need to ‘measure’ this means asking questions and really listening to your customers responses.
- Acknowledge your customers feelings, queries and concerns and assist them by having good product knowledge and delighting them with first class customer service.
- When using testimonials during your demonstration tailor them to suit your audience i.e. talking about how well Tupperware fits around your young family may not be the right fit for a group of more mature customers.
- During order taking discuss each customer’s order and offer suggestions for the best outcome. For example holding a demonstration will assist many customers whose wish list is bigger than their budget.
- Think about the problems or challenges they may be facing and provide them with a ‘Tailor Made’ solution. This applies to selling products, dating parties and offering our business opportunity.
Example 1
Jan has a growing family, she may experience challenges with meeting the growing household, school and fashion related expenses but cannot take on a full-time job. Offer Jan the solution of earning additional income each week without a great outlay of time and the flexibility to work around current commitments.
Example 2
Kelly also has challenges. She is fresh out of Uni, has a HECS debt and has just got a foot in the door at a design company (her dream job) but the money isn’t great. Offer Kelly the solution of paying down her debts whilst working with innovative, cutting edge products that are featured in design museums and galleries around the world… and by the way, Tupperware recently won the Red Dot Award for design excellence (that will get Kelly’s attention).
Can you see how even though both scenarios may be interested in earning money; you can present the opportunity in a totally personalised way?
Once you focus on ‘Making to Measure’ and invest in a great set of Modular Mates, dating a party or starting their own very flexible home based business will suddenly become great solutions to your customers’ challenges or needs.
