Malaysia Short Term Challenges
27 May – 28 July
Weeks 23 - 31
With the recent release of the Short Term Conference challenges the countdown to Manager Conference begins!
If you’re not where you wanted to be in the achievement of the Long Term Challenges, the Shorter Term Challenges for recognition in KL can be your time to shine. Wipe the slate clean and set yourself some ‘S.M.A.R.T’ goals to achieve over the shorter challenge weeks. (SMART goals… goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely).
Make a commitment in writing to your SMART goals and the recognition you want to feature in onstage in Kuala Lumpur. Share your goals with your Director or buddy up with another Manager. They can be your support team. Discuss how you are going each week towards the achievement of your goals. Be sure to track your progress every week and make adjustments to your business, as necessary, to ensure your success.
We look forward to recognising you onstage in KL!
