Career Path - Take Control

The Tupperware career path is an amazing opportunity to take control of your personal and financial development.

Years ago, Tupperware Managership was a mystery. Top performers were handpicked by the Company, in consultation with their Directors, to take the next step on the Tupperware career path. It was at this point that Managership information was given directly to the nominated candidate and not openly shared, creating a veil of mystery about the position and how to achieve it.

Thankfully, in recent years the process of appointing Managers has become increasingly transparent, giving all who have the desire to develop themselves the opportunity to pursue our career path. An opportunity that can bring unlimited learning and earning potential.

The Tupperware career path is communicated in many ways; via testimonials from other Managers at Sales Meetings, Company and Insight into Managership events. Company literature illustrates the career path step by step and outlines the expectations of a Manager along with the many benefits of Managership.

We have wonderful training tools to support those who invest the time to learn and develop themselves. With the support of their Promoting Manager and Director, the newly promoted Manager is well on their way to future success.

Managers entering the career path as an Amber Manager can earn an income equal to a junior accountant, approximately $46,000 p/a. Although bear in mind that our friend the jnr accountant had to study at university for a minimum of 3 years, and perhaps had a limited earning capacity due to study commitments during this time.

On the other hand, our new Manager’s earning opportunity can grow at a much quicker rate and there is nothing to stop this income continually increasing. Our new Manager also has the opportunity to drive a Manager car.

Additionally, our new Manager doesn’t have to wait for a promotion or salary increase ever. This is the most exciting aspect of the Tupperware career path. Our career path is self-promoting, giving all those who have a desire to succeed and a willingness to take control of their own lives the opportunity to do so.

Being your own boss requires self discipline, a “can do” attitude and a commitment to success. The Tupperware career path formula does work, and we have many Managers, Executive Managers, Executive Promoting Managers and Executive Group Managers as living examples of what can be achieved. Just like you, they all had doubts when they first started out, and might have wondered about their ability to succeed. That’s why attending an information session like 'Insight into Management' is a great way to allay any fears and hear from those in the field who are actually out there “doing it”.

I encourage you to take the next opportunity to attend an Insight Into Managership event, and find out how you can take control and discover the exciting opportunities that could lie ahead for you and your family.
