You can by making the decision to move on up the Tupperware Career Path, advancing your earning opportunities to the level you want.

Make the commitment to step up to become a Manager in Training before or by the 30^th March, 2011 (Week 13) and have a promote out date within 8 weeks of that date to take advantage of the ‘Earn as you Learn’ MIT Bonus.

Promote out by your target date to receive a 1% cash bonus on your personal sales and that of your growing team (Unit) over the previous 8 weeks. This is the beginning of extra income for you…  this will be the start of your Manager earning opportunity.

How to become an MIT:

• Speak with your Manager and Director as soon as possible to set your promotion date
• Promote out date to be within 8 weeks of your commitment to achieve the ‘Earn as you Learn’ Bonus
• Make your Action Plan to promote with the help of your Manager and Director
• Build your personal Party programme
• Ignite your action plan – start working immediately
• Track your progress – with your Manager and Director
