Relevant, Passionate, Amazing!

RELEVANT, PASSIONATE, AMAZING. This was certainly the topic of discussion over lunch at the Langham Hotel in Melbourne yesterday after our Chairman of Tupperware Brands, Rick Goings presented his formula for personal and business success.

Rick Goings is a renowned worldwide speaker. His presentations are both inspirational and entertaining. Some of you may have already had the opportunity to hear Rick speak as he joined us at our Party in Perth Manager Conference, where he addressed our Managers and was a highlight of the conference for so many.

Rick has an amazing history in Direct Selling, a former US Vice President of the Avon cosmetics company, Rick joined Tupperware in 1992 and became chief executive in 1997.

Rick Goings and his wife Susan are parents to eight children between them and play a leading role in the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a national organisation providing recreation facilities for young people.

The 270+ audience consisting of our Directors from Australia and New Zealand, accompanied by our Executive Group Managers, qualifying Managers, Tupperware Staff and guests from Diecraft built the energy in the room, and as Rick was introduced the energy continued to accelerate during his inspirational presentation.

Rick captivated us as he shared his vast business knowledge, aspirations and life skills built over decades in Business and the Direct Selling Industry. Rick’s message was very clear, we all have potential for greatness, it’s just a matter of taking control and ownership and the responsibility to identify the Warrior within.

For many a key word in Ricks Success Seminar was ‘Responsibility’ often thought of as a negative word, when considered differently it is ‘Response – ability’ the ability to respond and do what needs to be done to create change.

Each Director, EGM and Manager have now been charged with the ‘responsibility’ to pay forward the message to their fellow team mates back in their Distributorship, along with a challenge from our Chairman to replicate themselves repeatedly.

All were given RELEVANT PASSIONATE AMAZING post cards. Additional post cards will be sent to each Distributorship so that ALL Managers have the opportunity to join the challenge to replicate themselves repeatedly.

Our goal is for each Manager to change the lives of 2 or more people by introducing them to Tupperware before Manager Conference (week 35).
