Contact = Care, Care = Keep

Each day we meet new customers through our parties, introducing them to our wonderful product and fabulous business opportunity. Parties are your way of meeting new customers and give you an opportunity to reconnect with those who have lost contact with Tupperware.

The quality of the customer records you keep is an indication of how much value you place on each of your new and existing customers.

One of the major benefits of our Demonstrator Web Order System (DWOS) is that it’s not just an online ordering system. Your DWOS has the facility for you to create a personal customer database where you can search for a customer by name, favorite product or postcode, to ensure you are updating your customers with information relevant to them.

You may have noticed some recent additions to the DWOS system, such as the ability to input guest and host information, including a protected field for suburb and postcode.

The postcode drop down bar will assist you in keeping great records and provides you with an accurate database; a useful tool that will support you in your business. This new feature has been designed for the benefit of customers, Demonstrators, Managers and Directors. Additionally, it helps the Company; by having information about where you’re partying we have an opportunity to gather vital data that we can use to identify future market penetration opportunities. It supports our goal to have Tupperware in every home.

The database that you create is your window of opportunity. If you held 100 parties in the year and only kept records of your Hosts, you would have 100 names in your database.

Now imagine taking a little extra time and investing it into your business records by registering host AND guest contact details with their personal preferences. With an average of 6.5 guests per party you would have 6,500 selling, dating and recruiting opportunities on your database instead. Imagine the possibilities that are available to you.

Keeping an existing customer is easier than finding a new one! In Tupperware we believe in the "AND"!

Imagine how you would feel when you received a phone call from your Tupperware demonstrator that identified your specific needs or wish list item! I know that I would personally feel valued and would want to continue to give that Demonstrator my business.

Keeping great records and staying in contact with your existing customers builds loyalty to you as their Tupperware representative.

It’s said that the best form of advertising is ‘word of mouth’. When you provide a Quality Experience by updating your customers and Hosts, and provide great customer service, you can bet that your customers will recommend you as a Tupperware contact to their family and friends for service, product, parties and our wonderful career opportunity.

You’ll be your customer’s Demonstrator of choice!
