Long Term Challenge Weeks
3 March - 4 May 2010 (Weeks 10 - 18)
1. Star Demonstrators
Be included in the inaugural recognition and rewards for our Star Demonstrators.
• Achieve Star Demonstrator Status over March or April
• Achieve Star Demonstrator Status over both March AND April to receive an additional reward.
2. Top Demonstrators*
Make it your goal to be recognised as a Top Demonstrator.
*Top 5 in SA/NT, WA, NZ and selected Regional areas/ Top 10 in Qld, Vic/Tas, NSW
3. Recruit Challenge
Change one life…..
Share the Tupperware opportunity with someone new. Change just one life to be recognised onstage.
The more lives changed, the more rewards and recognition received on stage.
You’ll be recognised for every recruit introduced.
4.United Sales
Managers whose team average Aquamarine status* or higher over March and April will earn an exciting new Tupperware product and a bonus set(s) to draw amongst their ‘Active’ Team! The higher the United Sales levels achieved, the more sets to draw amongst active Demonstrators.
- New Managers whose team average Amber status or higher; and
- Managers whose team average Aquamarine status or higher over March and April will receive an exciting new Tupperware set. Managers will also receive an additional set to draw amongst their active team.
The higher the United Sales Level achieved, the more sets Managers will receive to draw amongst active Demonstrators.
• New Managers are those Promoted since 2010 KL Manager Conference.
• Manager status at the commencement of Week 10 is the status that they will be recognised at Twilight Sessions.
5.Top Units*
Make it your goal to be recognised as one of our Top Established and Top New Units over the challenge weeks
*Top 5 in SA/NT, WA and NZ / Top 10 in Qld, Vic/Tas, NSW
** New Units are those promoted since 2010 KL Manager Conference
6.Other Recognition
• Current Executive Group Managers
• Current Executive Promoting Managers
• Current Executive Managers
• Current Star Managers
• Executive Demonstrators (Since February Sessions)
• Friendship Club Members (Since February Sessions)
• Promoting & Promoted Managers (since February Sessions)
7. Tupperware ‘Toppers’ Dinner*
This informal dinner* will be held prior to your Twilight Session in your State. Guests invited will include Promoted and Promoting Managers, Executive Managers, Executive Promoting Managers and Executive Group Managers.
*Promoted as a Luncheon in some in Regional areas
