UltraPro™ is ultra versatile. Made from exclusive lightweight material this revolutionary container can resist temperatures from -25°C up to 250°C. Prepare traditionally baked and roasted dishes in half the time – microwave to keep it fast, and finish the cooking in the conventional oven to keep the flavours and textures real. 

The rounded shape of the bases and the domed cover optimise cooking and heat distribution both in the oven and in the microwave or combined. The cover also doubles as a shallow dish. The ergonomic handles ensure a solid grip when removing hot dishes from the oven with oven mitts. The notches in the corners of the rim can be used as a spout to pour liquid off dishes, and the steam release vents on the sides of the dishes help prevent steam build-up and direct the steam away from you.

The 2 Litre Oval is ideal for roasts, cakes, puddings and bakes such as lasagne.
